In the July-September 2010 bilingual edition of Details magazine , Canada Post announced they discontinued the Quaterly Collector Packs as of June 1st-2010 ( Update: for Stamp Quest members only)

The main benefit of this philatelic product is the peace of mind resulting from the fact that you know you are not missing out on any stamps being issued. We will miss these quaterly packages as they were also quite practical. (Update: Thanks to Doug’s comment, we now know that the Quaterly Packs were only discontinued for the Stamp Quest Members. They are still available at Canada Post outlets.
